Dr Zain Rizvi BDS BSc
Restorative, cosmetic and implant dentist in London, and educator to dentists in the UK and internationally.
Zain is a London-based dentist whose work centres on complex restorative, cosmetic and implant dentistry: full mouth rehabilitation, porcelain veneers and composite bonding, and implant placement including soft tissue surgery.
He first completed a BSc (Hons) in Biomedical Sciences at Imperial College London, then studied dentistry at King's College London, where he was named Dental Student of the Year and awarded the British Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry's Rising Star scholarship. While still a student he wrote Know the Drill: How to Succeed at Dental School, advised policymakers, and was invited to a Prime Minister's reception at 10 Downing Street in recognition of his work.
Since qualifying he has built a practice focused on comprehensive, planned care, seeing patients at Merivale Dental in Greenwich and Keppel Advanced Dentistry in Sutton, and receiving referrals from colleagues for complex cases.
Teaching dentists
Zain is as committed to teaching as to clinical work. He led RIPE Global's restorative diploma for two years, teaching restorative dentistry to dentists worldwide, and has lectured at national shows for the BACD and Denplan. He has trained one-to-one in teaching and lecturing with Dr Frank Spear of Spear Education in the USA, and now runs his own Full Mouth Rehabilitation Course in London.
